In a disconcerting incident, the family of a martyr Special Police Officer Kishore Pandey was asked to return Rs 10,000 provided for his last rites in 2011. Kishore Pandey died in Naxal attack in Chhattisgarh and his family was provided with Rs 10,000 for his last rites.
