J&K: Two Hijbul militants arrested, one of them is a panch

A panch has been arrested as part of a Hijbul Mujahideen module in South kashmir. Police says it has arrested two militants of Hijbul Mujahideen which include Mohammad Amin Khandey who is a panch of Bijbehara area of South Kashmir along with another associate from Kulgam. This has come as a shocker for security agencies. Police says that Hizbul Mujahideen was trying to revive its carder base in South Kashmir.
