Startling revelations coming in from Jadavpur University Ambikesh Mahapatra who was arrested for allegedly spreading anti-Mamata Banerjee cartoons. The Professor alleges he was forced into a housing cooperative office by 15 men and was assaulted by them. He further claims the men forced him to sign a note saying he was guilty of forwarding the email with the cartoons and that he had sent it with malicious intentions because he was a CPM activist.
