India News: Shocking incident strikes in Karnal where a man undergoing an operation in ICU after being badly beaten up requests the doctors to let him say something. As he was unable to speak, the doctors gave him a pen and paper to write what he wanted to say. In his note, he accused the police officers for his condition and said they brutally beat him up and tortured him.
