UP Rape Case: Victim's tongue chopped off in Pratapgarh

India News: In a shocking incident, a minor gang rape survivor's tongue was chopped off weeks before she was to give testimony in the court.
The incident took place in Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh.
The report added that the minor has been gang raped on 22 January and was to appear in court on 24 July to give her testimony. The police claim that the main accused in the case is in jail but two others in the case are absconding.
