India News: Heavy rains in Mumbai have led to water logging in Andheri, Borivili, Kandivili, LBS Road and Mumbai Central. The local trains on western and central line are running late by 15 minutes. Some trains coming towards Mumbai have been stuck in Valsad, Gujarat since Thursday night due to rains. Water has entered a police station in Thane region of Mumbai and everything can be seen floating in the police station.
