India News: In an interim relief to former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, the Supreme Court today restrained a special CBI court in Jharkhand from pronouncing its verdict on July 15 in a fodder case involving the RJD chief. A bench headed by Justice P Sathasivam agreed to hear Yadav's plea alleging that special CBI judge P K Singh is biased against him as the judge is a relative of P K Shahi, the Education Minister in the Nitish Kumar government.
