Police beats mentally challenged in M.P

In a shocking case of brutality by the police, In Satna district of Madhya Pradesh. A mentally challenged youth was ruthlessly beaten up by police .The video that NewsX has acquired shows the youth being pushed onto the road and as one cop mercilessly beats him, another cop joins the first. Shockingly, the incident happened in full public view and even as the man tried to slip away, the cops rained blows on him.
