[KiniNews] Singaporean authorities have once again disputed claims that Nagaenthran Dharmalingam was intellectually disabled.
According to Singapore’s Central Narcotics Bureau, having a low IQ does not mean Nagaenthran had a disability.
It added that saying he was intellectually disabled was misinformation.
