Serial Killer Chadrakant Jha's third case hearing is today in the court today. He was sentenced to Life imprisonment and Death Sentence for their two case hearings. Jha's modus operandi was to behead and chop the body parts of the victims leading to their death. He then dumped the headless bodies outside Tihar Jail.
