Enhancing field fortifications is not permitted but consolidation of field fortifications is on as it is a routine job. As far as moving of troops from other side goes, we are vigilant. Once infiltrated, terrorists try ti do what thy have been doing (create turmoil) but we are capable of thwarting their designs.
