EC chairman: We need better governance on political financing, suggest to introduce cap amount

Election Commission (EC) chairman Azhar Azizan Harun says there is a need to introduce a cap on the amount received by political parties during polls. Speaking at a forum organised by the Center to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4) on Thursday, Azhar said donors should be required to register themselves to ensure better governance on political financing.
