The Union cabinet on Tuesday approved the promulgation of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Second Ordinance, 2019, in a move aimed at protecting the rights of married Muslim women.
केन्द्रीय कैबिनेट ने मंगलवार को मुसलमानों में एक साथ तीन तलाक बोलने की प्रथा से जुड़े अध्यादेश को मंजूरी दे दी। अध्यादेश के तहत इस परंपरा को मुसलमान पुरुषों के लिए दंडनीय बनाया गया है। तलाक-ए-बिद्दत को खत्म करने के संबंध में संसद में पेश विधेयक फिलहाल राज्यसभा में लंबित है. देखें वीडियो
