Ingredients:
Eggs
1 tbsp Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
1 cup Basmati rice (cooked)
Oil
2 tsp Ginger, crushed
2 tsp Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Chilli flakes
2 Spring Onions, whites
2 tsp Soy sauce
Salt
Spring Onions, green
Vinegar

Method of preparation:
Heat a wok, add oil, eggs, scramble it quickly and season it with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Take it out in a bowl and in the same pan, add oil, ginger, garlic, saute it till the raw smell goes away.
Add chilli flakes, spring onion white, soy sauce, rice and mix well.
Quickly add the scrambled egg, salt and mix well.
Switch off the flame, add spring onion green, vinegar and mix well.
Our Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve.
