"As we were scheduling our inspection, Wanda provided us with excellent assistance and kept us up to date on each step that leads up to the big day. During our inspection, Luis was extremely thorough and made sure to note when something was not as it should be. He noticed the front door was missing some of the screws securing it to the frame so he documented it and included in the report. Even though it isn't a deal breaker for our home purchase, it's reassuring to know what little things may need correcting after closing. Overall, Luis and Wanda are fantastic and were extremely helpful!"
