Ariana Grande Sued Over 'God Is a Woman' Video The music video features a scene where Grande is dancing inside a candle flame. Vladimir Kush, a painter, claims Grande stole the idea from his art that was made almost 20 years ago. Kush had made two paintings, "The Candle" and "The Candle 2," Kush claims Freenjoy Inc., who produced the video, has a history of ripping off artists. Freenjoy also produced Kendrick Lamar and SZA's video, "All the Stars," which was sued by a different artist. Kush is suing both Grande and Freenjoy for copyright infringement and wants the video removed from the internet.
