"I recently used Prestige Home Inspections to inspect a property which I was considering purchasing. Turned out to be a godsend. What appeared to be a solid home with no issues turned out to be anything but. Rob uncovered multiple issues and concerns, provided guidance on cost estimates for the repairs or remedy and I decided to pass on the property. He was thorough, detailed and extremely professional. Highly recommended and appreciative of the work he did on my behalf."
