Venezuela's foreign affairs minister Jorge Arreaza said they are moving ahead with plans to set up a bureau of mutual interest to replace the US embassy in Caracas. In a press conference, Arreaza said that their interest is to open a common channel of dialogue which could be achieved with the mutual interest bureau.
