Fuel Thieves Suspected To Be Behind Mexican Pipeline Explosion

The government of Hidalgo suspect fuel thieves behind a pipeline being ruptured and exploding. According to Reuters, they reported 20 people being killed and 54 injured during the explosion. The explosion occurred in the municipality of Tlahuelilpan to the north of Mexico City. This comes after Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador’s crackdown on fuel theft. Governor Fayad urged people to not be involved in fuel theft because it’s illegal and puts your life in danger.
