Global stock markets continue to rise as trade talks between US and China move into a second day. In the first hour of trading in Europe, all major stock indexes are higher, with gains of between 0.5% and 0.9% across the board. Futures in the US point to a gain of around 0.5% for all three major indexes once the market opens at 9.30 a.m. ET. Traders, however, are cautious.
