Today’s video is a what I eat in a day for busy days :)

Good morning my beautiful friends! I hope you enjoy this what I eat in a day video :D Lots of love always xoxo


Meal 1:
- 2 x mangoes, sliced and enjoyed!

Meal 2:
- 1/2 can chickpeas, scrambled
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- garlic powder, sprinkled
- pinch of himalayan pink salt
- 2 x pieces of oat sourdough
- handful of spinach leaves
- 5 slices of vegan cheese

Meal 3:
- 1 x packet of frozen acai
- 1 x frozen banana
- 1 x handful frozen strawberries
- splash of almond mylk
- 1 x heaped tbsp of peanut butter
- sprinkle of granola

Meal 4:
- 1 x large sweet potato, roasted in olive oil
- 1/2 can brown lentils
- splash of passata
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- sprinkle of paprika
- pinch of himalayan pink salt
- pinch of cumin
- 2 tbsp Natural COYO
- juice of 1 lime
- splash of almond mylk
- sprinkle of coriander
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- pinch of himalayan pink salt
- wedge of lime and flax seeds to serve
