According to TMZ, Kanye discovered the spot earlier this month while at Art Basel. TMZ adds that West made a secret offer on the condo for Kim, who had never seen it until Christmas Day. West also ended up getting a deal as the condo had been listed at $15.5 million. The nearly 5,000 square-foot condo contains 4 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. The 18-story building, which is right on the beach, is known for housing the very wealthy.
