India beats China to the punch in Nepal

A new railway project moving ahead in Nepal is seen as the latest example of how India and China are backing infrastructure projects as they compete for influence with their neighbour. The Indian-funded railway connecting Nepal and India is expected to open soon, and meanwhile China is busy building two airports as well as highways and other roads.
