180820JO181205: James, male, 19, college student, stuttering since age 5 to 80%. After 8 Skypes or so, he no longer stutters enough to prevent him from carrying on a normal conversation, BUT he has enough bumps to indicate that he says a mild speech problem of some kind, although few would call it "stuttering". Regardless, he still has fears and bumps that bother him; he forces out some words while holding his lips in an odd position. The game plan is: speak in short increments; insert 2-count full stops; think "urge and passion"; and refuse to force out any words; stop first and use a Crutch.
