Screen Rant reports that Stan Lee's official cause of death has been made public. Although there were reports of elder abuse, according to TMZ, Lee died from heart and respiratory failure. The comic legend passed away on Monday, November 12th at 9:17 AM at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The 95-year-old was reportedly fighting aspiration pneumonia, but remained "alert and positive" just days before his death. According to Lee's death certificate, his body was cremated.
