According to Reuters 95% of the deadliest fire to hit California is now contained, But the the town of Paradise, a Northern California mountain community of 27,000, is destroyed. The blaze, which has burned since November 8, killed at least 84 people and wiped out nearly 14,000 homes. Rainy weather, which is expected to clear out on Saturday, complicated rescue efforts, when it comes to locating 475 people who remain missing.
