According to a report by Reuters, on Friday, a federal appeals court weighing a legal challenge to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s authority said that it wanted to know whether the sudden resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions could impact or change the outcome of the probe. Reuters reports that Andrew Miller, an associate of President Donald Trump’s long-time political adviser, Roger Stone has brought the challenge to Mueller's authority.
