Amid warnings by the weather officials, Delhi witnessed a thick blanket of smog one day ahead of Diwali. Visibility on the roads was low despite control measures implemented by the government. The Supreme Court has banned the sale of polluting crackers in the national capital but we know how much that will help. Meanwhile politics continues to brew with congress training guns at BJP and AAP govt for doing nothing to curb pollution.
