Two highway police officers are being followed by a Belgian journalist for a show about the workings of the highway police in Belgium. They receive a call from dispatch that tells them a stolen car is approaching from the Netherlands. Soon after, the stolen car passes them. When trying to stop the car on the nearest exit, things go south. Literally: the suspect flees south, into the city of Antwerp, where chaos ensues.
