Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti is struggling with his own legal woes at the moment. On Monday, Business Insider reports Avenatti was fined $4.85 million in court. Avenatti didn't fight the charges, brought for failing to pay a former colleague at his California law firm. On the same day, Avenatti's firm was evicted from offices for falling four months behind on rent.
