June 5, 2020. It previously was set to open
November 1, 2019. Lead actress Gal Gadot confirmed the news on social media Monday. Gal Gadot, via 'Twitter' The sequel reunites Gadot with
'Wonder Woman' director Patty Jenkins
and co-star Chris Pine. Warner Bros. says the success of the first film in the summer of 2017 was a big factor in the decision to release '1984' around the same time.
