Hewitt claims that he "braced his body and violently threw her down his staircase as hard as he could." When Phillippe denied the 22-year-old's accusations, Hewitt claimed that he wouldn't remember due to his drug use. Now, Phillipe, 44, has been ordered to turn over texts between himself and ex-wife Reese Witherspoon regarding Hewitt, according to The Blast. Phillipe was also sanctioned $1,580 for delaying the case by not turning in the messages sooner.
