In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt & spices Heat an oven safe skillet to medium heat. Cook sliced ham and bell pepper Add spinach to the skillet. Stir until just wilted, about 2 minutes Pour egg mixture over and let sit for 2-4 minutes. Top with tomatoes and mozarella cheese Transfer pan to the preheated (350 °F) oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the frittata has set (the eggs don't wiggle when you shake the pan) Garnish with chives and serve!
