Syria's Morek residents return home despite destructions

Syria's Morek residents in the Hama province return to their homes which suffered massive destruction during the conflict leaving the city with no infrastructures. The city of Morek is part of a planned buffer zone area under a Russian-Turkish accord providing for jihadists to withdraw by Monday from the demilitarised zone ringing rebel-held areas in and around Idlib province.
