While that's true, that increase put him at 41%, which is a historically poor showing for a president in his first term.
The poll, conducted by SSRS from October 4 through October 7, also found that Trump's disapproval rating is over 50%.
Many who responded to Fox & Friends' tweet alluded to the fact Trump's approval number didn't really "soar" by any standard.
After about an hour of that, the tweet was reportedly taken down.
