"Lt. Governor reeked of alcohol." -- official complaint against Lt. Gov. Ray Tenorio, charging him with official misconduct, reckless conduct and obstructing government function in relation to the infamous gun grabbing incident dating back to July 2018.
Marshals were seen paying Tenorio a visit today at his office but he was MIA. Superior Court marshals eventually caught up with him at his legal counsel's office to serve him with a summons to appear in court on October 3 at 2 p.m.
