Danny McBride, along with David Gordon Green and Jeff Fradley, wrote the script for the reboot of “Halloween.” According to Gizmodo, McBride has been a huge horror film fan since he was young. Yet when James Jude Courtney, the actor and stuntman for Myers showed up, he freaked out. McBride said the first time he saw the Myers costume on set he didn’t approach it. The reboot of “Halloween” is set to premiere on October 19, 2018.
