Drone footage shows extreme flooding in Leon Creek, San Antonio, Texas on September 9.

A flash flood watch was issued after heavy rainfall in several parts of the state, which extended into Monday.

A woman and her child drowned in the floods on Saturday in Fort Worth, some 250km from Leon Creek.
