It’s a scorcher during the late summer of 2017 and Cape Town is busy experiencing one of the worst droughts in the city’s history. Deen Hill and Dale Staples do what any eco-conscious surfer not wanting to blast the AC would do, jump into the Atlantic and shred it up.
