According to CNN, this aircraft is breaking records. The experimental Airbus Perlan Mission II is a pressurized glider that has managed to reach altitudes by silently riding atmospheric pressure waves. The aircraft managed to reach more than 76,000 feet, meaning that it crossed the Armstrong Line, which is a point where the blood in a human’s body would boil unless it’s protected.
