The Kenya National Union of Teachers, KNUT has shelved the proposed nationwide teacher’s strike that was to take effect on 1st of September.
KNUT Secretary General Wilson Sossion clarified that the teachers’ industrial action had been put on hold pending on-going negotiations with the employer.
