A police officer took a twirl with a Notting Hill Carnival dancer on August 27.
In the video, a police officer can be seen dancing with a reveler at the Notting Hill Carnival. As they continue dancing, the reveler twirls the officer.
“More than a million people had been expected to join the festivities during the two-day event,” the BBC News reported.
