Man seen fishing as Hurricane Lane dumps sheets of rain on Hawaii

A man was seen fishing off of a dock at Liliuokalani Park in Hilo as Hurricane Lane dumped sheets of rain on Hawaii on August 23.
“Hurricane Lane dumped torrential rains that inundated the main town on Hawaii’s Big Island as people elsewhere stocked up on supplies and piled sandbags to shield oceanfront businesses against the increasingly violent surf,” The Associated Press reported.
