Mollie Tibbetts Autopsy Finds She Died by Multiple Sharp Force Injuries

A preliminary report from the autopsy on Mollie Tibbetts' body determined that her death was a homicide resulting from multiple sharp force injuries, the Iowa State Medical Examiner said.
