Governor Sonko wants Gigiri Hotel building demolished

Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has indicated that at least two floors of the controversial grand manor hotel built  next to the American Embassy will have to be demolished.
The governor said the investor, Praful Kumar violated the city by-laws regarding constructions in Gigiri.
He has further defended his action of  secretly recording conversations between him and Praful, saying it was one way of obtaining evidence of  corrupt deals.
