Heavy rain and flash flooding in the eastern Ohio towns of Boardman, Poland, and Struthers caused road closures, evacuations and other damage on the evening of August 10.Local media reported a nursing home across from Boardman Plaza was evacuated when floodwaters caved the doors in, and many businesses were flooded.This video shows a flooded parking lot at the Boardman Plaza Shopping Center.Police said several roads were impassable and urged drivers to avoid flooded areas.
