Austin was a life saver, literally. After trying to solve a problem directly with the Colorado Health/Peak and being told that we were going to have to pay way more than we could afford for insurance, Austin was able to fix it. He helped SO MUCH with the entire process. It was nice to feel respected and cared for after feeling so defeated by the healthcare system. Thank again, Austin!
