A man opened fire at a back-to-school rally in Titusville, Florida, on Saturday, August 4, before being shot by a bystander who was licensed to carry a gun, according to the Orlando Sentinel.The gunman reportedly opened fire at the Peace in the City event after being in a fistfight.The event at Isaac Campbell Park attracted about 150 people, mostly children, and included a school supply giveaway, raffles, bounce houses, music, free food, a kickball tournament and free haircuts for the children.The gunman was the only person to sustain injuries, and he was still hospitalized days after the shooting.Dwight Harvey filmed this Facebook Live video at the event when the gunman opened fire.
