Gunmen stormed a building of the Department of Refugees and Repatriation in Jalalabad, eastern Afghanistan, after a number of explosions were reported in the area on July 31, according to a number of Afghan news organizations.There was no immediate claim of responsiblity for the attack, Tolo News reported.
