China is trying to get women to have more babies. The country ended its "one-child policy" more than two years ago but it still has a falling birth rate. Business Insider reports the government has stated its wish for millions more infants to be born by 2020. Some cities are paying parents to have a second child. The northern Shanxi province in February announced China's first marriage subsidy. The local government will help pay for the costs of weddings.
